Gaming Final Fantasy XIII Question - Enemy Intel and Item/Components

So i'm going for a platinum trophy for ff13.. however, there's this question that I couldn't really find the answer.. it's about enemy intel.. how many enemy intel would you get at the end of chapter 9? most people say they got the loremaster trophy (i.e. 100 enemies scanned completely) at the end of chapter 9.. though at my first run-through I only ended up with 97.. so I am kinda confuse is it 97 or 100 at the end of chapter 9? Also, I am wondering if there is any missable items/components that is only available in a certain 'missable' chapters EXCEPT elemental rings.. Thanks! I'm a PS3 user if thats important.
