I'm sending this only to people who can send DMs. Otherwise you can't share with me errors.
Except noone sent me errors for now, so it looks promising.

Don't worry, probably I will share it public in less than 24h after release of Atmosphere 0.8.9.

So I'm assuming thay you're using LayeredFS and that user of SXOS are... screwed? :/

Not only Layeredfs but a new feature (already explained by masagrator) that atmosphere 0.8.9 will implement, and sxos very likely won't implement in their outdated atmosphere code. So even if you rebuild the nsp with the nros and etc it won't able to use the module, which render the undub useless/not Working.

I see!
Thank's for the answer :)

Does the repacker work correctly? I tried to transfer the localization to the Switch version of the game, but I regularly got stuck in the game. I tried to pack some of files, nothing helped. Then I took some original files extracted from the Common_Data.vbf file and just repacked them without any changes. And result - the game stucks the same way.

There's a way to adapt it for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age?
It needs to be modified.

Did you tried to put original archive to layeredfs and check if it's still hanging?
In what place it stucks?

Edit: there is a possibility that tool may need additional work because of FFX_sharedconfig.ini and FFX2_sharedconfig.ini. My Switch is broken right now so testing it will be postponed.
It would be a reply to many issues here in this thread.

I want to check something. Try to put "FFX_sharedconfig.ini" without any data in it (0 bytes) to
Code:
romfs\data
And try to play FF X.
I want to check if it's just a trash or really we need to take it into consideration.

What about the "GameSettings" file that is extracted together with the savefiles?
There are two strings in there, "Language" and "AudioLanguage", and some other options.
Maybe changing their values is a easy way to get Japanese audio?

It was already tested and it's not working. audiolanguage settings in executable is just for dual audio videos. Even if it's working, it's not for most of game.

Undub is already here

Edit: it looks like this tool has some issues with repacking. Wait for new release.

is there a way to add the missing features that are in pc version?
And what this missing features are?

@masagrator
Thanks, no more worries now.
I start testing on Wednesday.
Édit : For FF10 no more worries but FF10-2 always the same.

Putting files at the end is not an issue. Issue is that it didn't want to load some files in game (the ones that were moved at the end of archive to make space for ToC). For metamenu it was causing crash, for FF X was causing issues with audio and textures (lost access to potion audio was hanging Switch when trying to use potion). I didn't check what X-2 issues were. But they should be gone too (as still I didn't get any issue report from eaZy41, who was modding X-2).

And one of changes was that now tool is using highest compression profile for zlib, so now less files will show info about not enough space to patch.
