You should read better about what Denuvo on Switch was actually to accomplish. It's not a piracy DRM. It's an emulation DRM. So even if they would implement it to Switch version, it would not affect real hardware unless maybe you are doing OC since this can affect slightly timings.

If it has online check, it's not related to Denuvo.
