Hacking Final Fantasy IV All Items Cheat

i downloaded the database containing FF4 cheats. everything works fine but i cant figure out the all items cheat. has anyone used this and gotten it to work?

I tried the "Have all Items [Press Start+Select]" Code.
I got my old items plus a page of "Masamune times 0" lines.

I tried the "Have All Decant Keyitems [Press L+R]" code on a new 1 star save.
It wiped out my Dark Matter and my Carnelian Signet (Bomb Ring).

Both are Useless. I reset without saving.

I had no problem getting everything I wanted with "Item After Battle Codes" my first time through.
I also used "Max Item On Sort" OK.
Tested on DSTT
