ROM Hack Filesize limit?

I am about to start translating Dragon Ball Heroes: Ultimate Mission 2 and I am currently editing the ctpk files. Whenever I finish editing them and use ctpktool to create the ctpk files, the files come out bigger that they should be. Should I worry about that?
