Homebrew File Renamer?

Stupid question but.. is there a homebrew app that allows you to rename files?(I tried ds-dos but it didn't work on my dstwo)Does ayone know if there is one? (I just like to do this stuff on the go. My computer isn't grounded so I don't really like to turn on my pentium 4 windows vista computer only to change one thing.)

Edit: Does it need to be dldi'd or does a certain file need to be on the root of the card?

I'm pretty sure DSTwo will auto-DLDI patch when you run.
I'm also pretty sure that XenoFile is self-contained so it can be placed anywhere.
