File Comparison

Ive spent hours using google trying to find one, im looking for a program that will search and tell me what files are in 2 folders, they are exactly the same, but i want to know if one folder has more files than the other. or am i gonna have to do this by hand

I use Beyond Compare (30 day trial) for comparing files and directories. Don't know if it will do everything you want to do but it should do most of it.
