Gaming Fifa 19 softlock before the menu

hi, i'm trying to run fifa 19 but when the game check for connection the game freeze, i can't go back home, sometimes i can still change volume, very rarely i can shutdown the console with the shutdown options, most of the times the os just lock and i have to press the power button for 10 seconds and re deploy my payload.
i have an unpatched switch 8.0.1 with kosmos with atmosphere 0.8.9 with the latest patches, can somebody help? i tried every past updates, same problem. i'm using 90dns also if matters.
