Hacking Fieldrunners Question

Hello.
I have a question about the Fieldrunners Downgrade.
I have both an modded and an unmodded 3DS at 11.1
Now my question:
Can we change the serial number in the SecureInfo_A, so we can relink the NNID from the original 3DS back to the modded 3DS after the transfer by simply restore a NAND backup, without calling Ninty?
