FFXIII-2 Release Dates, PS3 Bundle and DLC

Today, they’ve announced a formal ship date for the game, set to release on December 15, 2011—nearly two years after the original PlayStation 3 release of FINAL FANTASY XIII. Each version will retail for ¥7,980.

Those holding out for the English version need not wait long, as FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 will be moving westward on January 31, 2012 for North America, and February 3, 2012 for Europe.

Specially designed in pink and black, this “PlayStation 3 FINAL FANTASY XIII-2 Lightning Edition Ver. 2,” bundle contains a 320GB hard drive, and will set you back ¥37,960. It will launch the same day as the game; December 15, 2011.[/p]DLC will be available sometime after the release but they haven't said what the DLC will be. Japan will be getting a pre-order DLC bonus (and again, they haven't said what it'll be)

i feel its a little too pink/purple. i prefer the one prowler posted of "tales of"
the number -2 has been quite unsatisfactory for square... they should be careful they dont put gimmicks
