Thanks a bunch! Is it possible to get any character modifier options? I noticed the Masamune is an option as a weapon but adding Sephiroth to the party isn't.

I'm at the start of the game, and every time I upgrade my MP & HP it reverts back to the default one.

Thats why you should have used Black chocobo editor instead.
Simply transfer your save from switch and get black chocobo to open it and when it asks to open the file click all file types.

I can't get Black Chocobo to open my Switch save. I just get this:

How exactly are you loading your Switch save?

EDIT; Never mind, you need to use Edison to export the save, not Checkpoint.

i always get load failed even on black choco....i've tried checkpoint too and is the same

Checkpoint using sxos and i dont get errors are you asking black chocobo to open all file types

Yes in short, you need to be able to load up homebrew appz on it to extract your save.

Yes it does. You'll also need a homebrew launcher, a save extraction/injection application (checkpoint is the most common) and optionally an FTP server application on the switch with a FTP client software on your computer.
