if you use sx , extract to tf card ,if you use atmosphère rename sxos folder to corresponding folder name

Wondering that as well. I'm assuming it's not just something normal like copyright info on the title screen as there wouldn't be much point in patching that.

it's replacing the watermark overlay image (when you do a screenshot) with a fully while + alpha Transparent picture.

when you take a screenshot, doesn't it add an overlay information?
Maybe just a text "copyright Squarenix" or a logo ?

That's actually pretty useful. When I take screenshots it's usually to show people something, so I wouldn't mind too much, but it would certainly be nicer with it removed.
