Gaming FF: Dissidia & Crisis Core Problems - Need some help here

Actually 9 isn't too bad, reminded me more of the better first 6 games.

If your an FF fan Dissidia is okay cos theres a lot of fan service. The music and stuff is all good. Plus, you can record videos and save them to your PSP. I am not saying Dissidia is a great game, but its not bad.

I used to like the first 6 FF games and 9 but recently realised that all FF games are kinda boring.

The first 6 were a lot better.

This just adds to another molestation when the time comes that we meet.

1-6 = so many good memories. I haven't been able to get into any of the 3d incarnations.

(2 & 3 US are two games that hold a very special place in my heart.)

9 is the most underrated FF game, 8 is the most lol game, and 7 is MY FIRST FINAL FANTASY.



Crisis Core had a horrible story. Beat it under 10 hours, and oh god I want my 10 hours back. Dissidia was ok. I lost interest pretty quickly though.


I'll be on my way to play Vagrant story and Final Fantasy Tactics. Not Advance or Advance 2.

I stopped trying to play Crisis Core after Cloud showed up. The whole "sneaking to avoid the guards thing while having to keep up my body temperature" thing made me wanna throw my PSP somewhere.

As for Dissidia, I dunno but my main motivation is to play with my brothers so I got hooked leveling Ultimecia and Zidane to 100 and getting them good equips... but that's mostly it though. Story wise, it was stupid.
VERY stupid.

I won't go into the whole "VIII sucks, IX sucked the most, VII was mediocre" argument... Heaven knows VII has fond childhood memories for me which is why I'm biased towards it...

The sneaking thing was bullshit but if you fail 3 or 4 times (however many chests there are) you can just head on in. I've been stuck at Sephiroth for a while now...need to find some more summons

o_o Oh... I didn't know that. (Goes to show how long I tried before I declared it bullshit and moved on to something else.)
I think I shall go find the undub before resuming my delve into Crisis Core.

lol sephi was hard but it only took me 5 tries to kill him, im on chapter 10

I've only tried 3-4 times really. I need better materia really, I last quite a long time the crystals annoy the shit out of me though.

I think the reason why these games seem so good to me is because they were one of the first RPGs I played and enjoyed.. the same goes with Breath of Fire 3... It's mostly gotta be the nostalgia factor.

XD We've derailed from talking about Dissidia and FF7CC being boring to FF as a whole.
