Does the acekard 2i work with a 1 mb platinum save file and is it true that with akaio if you switch you do not have to change the saves from say pokemon.sav to pokemon.nds.sav for them to work? Sorry if the questions are stupid but I just want to know before I order mine.

Question 1: I think so - I personally haven't tried platinum, but AKAIO supports all types of game saves.

Question 2: Well, both types are supported - you have to choose the save extension type in the settings.
