Hacking Few questions? Sys\ver,oot,update

Just updated from al9h to b9s after not being on the 3ds for ages

Firstly since updating luma to the latest version my system setting show ver 11.0.0 now rather than sys. I thought that sys showed when on cfw.

Leading onto my 2nd question. Is it safe to update (ano in reality it should be) but with ver showing rather than sys I don't want to risk anything ATM?

And lastly as soundhax doesn't work on the 11.6.0 I'm thinking of using oot and with Zelda orcarina of time to keep homebrew? Is this fine or any other suggestions?

First off boot while holding select and set "show nand or user string in system settings". This make it say sys again.
As for homebrew you can use Rosalina with this...
