burn at a minimum of 6x cause anything lower damages the laser over time

This is something i've read on this site
is this true, cuz a while ago i read u have to burn with a speed of 4x cuz else it would have a big chance to fail while burning
im confused

oh and whut is 1:1 burning means?
is this burning an unpatched iso?

F**k them all, you can safely burn your backups from 4x to 16x speed, there's no real difference, personally i write at 8x never any higher or lower, never once had a failed backup from around 250 written.

Tell that idiot* hes a Pling Plong from outer space and needs to go give his HEAD A WOBBLE in the corner.
How can different speeds written give your wiis laser grief...........lol
