Homebrew Feed Mii Crashes?

I try to load it up, and it crashes.
Here's what I have:
Steelhax on 11.5
New 3ds XL
NO CFW

Not enough information. "It crashes" doesn't really say too much. Do you get an error code? Does it just say "The console has an encountered an error and must be shut down"? Does it just hang on a black screen? Perhaps you're missing a Mii Plaza update? Are you using any HomeBrews like the Feed Mii recipe checker? I have more questions but I'll wait until you answer those first.

ok.

1. I get an error, like if your homebrew loadup failed when you use rpwng. I'll show a pic later.
2. I have the latest update, I checked.
3. I have no homebrews that affect Streetpass, and have never used one.
