Hacking FE12 not starting

My Aki2 is running the latest AKAIO and i have the loader
most other games are working fine (except some slowdowns on JPN Coach and Spirit Tracks)
but Fire Emblem Shin Monshou no Nazo ... doesn't even start
Card Error Message is displayed in japanese
any advice?
