Homebrew FC Seed Compatibility between O3DS & N3DS

So, I'm affected by the 022 & 002 ban. I don't care about eShop, but playing online would be nice, so I'd like to unban my n3DSXL if possible.

I still have all the backups that are made when following the (old) Plailect guide to A9LH CFW from my o3DSXL. (Device is gone though)
Also I have 2 full backups from 2 n3DSXL before a system transfer.

The question is now, can I use the o3DS files to inject into the n3DS?
It should be noted that I transferred my ID from the o3DS to the n3DS! Maybe they're both "burned" now?
In retrospect, did I then brick the o3DS too?

Anyway, should I just use the pre-sys-transfer seed from the n3DS to avoid issues?

PS: I know that injecting a new seed will unlink the NNID, but what about already installed games from the eshop? are they still playable as long as they are installed?

Yes. I'm using my friend's seed from his O3DS in both my N3DSXL and N3DS and it was able to alleviate the online ban but NOT the eShop (NNID) ban.

btw just telling you guys that 022 ban is a MAC ban
