Hi guys,
after updating my 3ds, i have 2 problems:
- FBI update is no more working. I have an error message 0xD963F806
- Homebrew app is stuck on loading screen.

You can find in attachment images about the problem.
I already saw the error 0xD963F806 from last year in the forum, but nobody gave a solution.

Thank you very much for you help.
Lyes

Pretty sure that the failed update has to due with the fact that fbi doesn't support tls 1.2 downloading from github. I.E. update is completely broken.
Couldn't say about the homebrew channel.

In the description of release 2.5.0 on github it says "Modify built-in updater to pull from TitleDB, as GitHub no longer supports TLS versions supported by the 3DS." so it should work even though.

Manually install the latest FBI update from GitHub and via FBI app on FBI latest cia file. Then for homebrew just grab the latest payload from smealums site

The last version is 2.5.0 on github. I already have this version installed. Why reinstalling the exact same version would help ?

Data can easily go corrupt. Which may be the case for your console. Installing a fresh copy of the data can easily remove any corrupt data that may be there.

Then why are you trying to update it? ;)

Yes, it should work if you have 2.5.0. Earlier versions need to be updated manually though.
I'm guessing it's probably a temporary server issue that's preventing it from working right now but it doesn't really matter since 2.5.0 is the latest.

Has anyone figured this out yet? Same thing is happening to me. Is that supposed to be intended behaviour?

The failed update message happens to everyone that is already on the latest release. Not sure if it happens to those who are not already on 2.5.0.
Yeah idk what exact error it is but I think everyone who is not on 2.5.0 gets an HTTP error because GitHub updated their TLS.
