FBI not showing up

I followed this tutorial:
I did everything the tutorial said, I even downloaded all the latest versions of the various programs. When I go to the home brew launcher only the files on the SD card are shown (ex: 3ds, luma, ect). I have triple checked that everything is in the right place and dont know what to do now. Any advice would be very greatly appreciated.

Don't use video tutorials. They often are outdated, and most likely WILL result in a brick and/or broken features.

Use 3ds.hacks.guide, which is the recommended guide around here.
