Hacking FBI issue..

So I have been able to inject FBI into my emunand H&S app. My problem is that it will not load. It just sits at "Loading file list", Yet in dev/pasta mode on rxtools it opens just fine but will not install any cia files.. I am on N3DS XL 9.2 rxtools 3.0 beta 8 (one of the early october builds since its the only one that works for me). I've already done the whole unlinking nands, rebuilding the .db files for both emu and sys nands. yet this app will not run.. How do I fix this annoying issue?

Im not sure. but I did get it working somehow. I was able to install Devmenu through it. hmm.. maybe I just had a bad emunand update at the time.
