From what I can understand, it's saying there isn't enough space on the SD card to install Pokémon Omega Ruby (1.77gb). I have a 4gb micro sd card with 1.8 gb free. I'm using FBI's remote install so I don't need to do the 'double the space' method, and I've tried multiple websites, CIA's, and deleted the ticket a few times.

You are correct though. Your sd card is out of space. You would need to remove of other titles or data on there.

Aswell as possibly looking at a bigger sd card sometime. 4gb really isnt all that much.

People get ga and bi mixed up all the time. (Not helped by big tech industry *coughwindows* usually mislabelling kibis as kilos) A kilobyte is 1,000 bytes, but a kibibyte is 1,024 bytes. That scales exponentially. If you have 1.8 GB free, but Omega Ruby takes up 1.77 GiB, then it won't fit.

Even if that's not it... yeah, 4 GB isn't much for 3DS games. 32 GB is a comfortable minimum, honestly.
