I use the h&s FBI and the FBI 2.x
They only install apps like sysupdater FBI NASA vc ,but don't install the games

In the Nintendo 3ds folder go to title 1-title 2 - there should be here a folder called dbs with 2 files- import.db and title.db
If not you havent initialized your databases yet

@SylverReZ: They also got sued in a court of law for the Dual Shock business. MS and Nintendo were sued w the exact same copyright infringement. MS paid up, Nintendo paied up, but SONY was stubborn. They finally settled with the plaintiff later on bu the original Dual Shock 3 didn't have dual shock, go figure...+2

The types of people to be spoonfed step-by-step are those who typically use Reddit. Well, not all, but you get the idea. It's so simple that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to complete it within 5-10 minutes.
