Hacking FBI doesn't install anything from TitleDB

My FBI appeared this in anything I tried install

Desc: Wrong installation state (4)

Someone knows what's that error?

Apparentely Solved,I think it was just the SD with bad contact,lol

I'm pretty sure Github already stopped supporting the old security connections, so you shouldn't be able to download stuff anymore through TitleDB and most homebrew updaters...

Here it's normal for a while,I downloaded some apps in titledb after that I solved the problem of FBI
