Hacking FBI Deleted Itself?

Ok so I updated my CFW RXtools from 9,2 to 10,7 and after doing so ran my fbi and installed 4 games. After installing said games, I rebooted my device only to find that my fbi is missing. Is there a way to reinstall it. I tried loading through sysnand and running pasta but it still doesnt show on my emunand, also if I run pasta on my emunand, it freezes at the restart.

sounds to me like the CIA took over the FBI investigation....:tpi:

I would inject FBI into health and Safety app then use that to install the FBI CIA again. this will also allow you to install FBI whenever you want.

I went the extra mile with mine and installed the NAND install version of Devmenu (on that iso site) on mine so I can use it to install CIAs while in CFW even if the system were to ever be formatted as it stays in NAND until you delete it with FBI.

Im so confused, I cant get the fbi into the health and safety. I cant run decrypt 9... I put the 3dsx and sdmh file at the 3ds folder and the d9ui folder at the root of the sd
But when I run it, its just a black screen and freezes
