Homebrew FBI custom batch delete file

Is there any way to make a batch delete file? I am trying to write a guide on downgrading emunand to inject into system nand and one of the steps is deleting a bunch of system titles and reinstalling them.

There is like 40 files you need to delete and it varies from version to version so I want to make a template for each version (ex USA 9.5 to 9.2) so you don't have to delete individual files.

I want to make a text file that references the cia files to delete so I can make one for every version and region of emunand to make system transfers between the o3ds and n3ds very easy
