I ordered a new one and it's coming in a couple of days, but I'm 90% sure it is the analog.

you probably didnt need a new one. theres a thin circle pad under the analog stick that is most likely stuck or bent which can easily be fixed.

I actually opened the N3DS and the analog stick wasn't bent in any way, or stuck. I even did a cleanup of it, and nothing worked.

When I tried to calibrate, It would fail to. Then I went to reset settings where it gives you 4 triangles to move the cross to and going down would only move to 50% down.
