Hello,
i have a problem with Hekate and SX OS.
I replaced my MicroSD Card Reader a week ago because it started dying.
I replaced it successfull and HOS detects the SD Card and runs without any problems.
So i bought a RCM Jig and tried injecting SX OS, it gives me a missing BOOT.DAT? screen.
after that i tried to boot into hekate to enable autorcm. My Switch is booting to hekate but showing "Missing sleep mode libaries (or something like that)" and can't write to the SD Card (gives error:"FATFS Error: NOFAT) if i try to print SD Card info).
However, this confuses me because the SD Card works in OFW, but not in Homebrew related stuff.
The SD Card is not broken and works fine on Windows.

The SD Card is: Samsung Evo Plus 256 GB
Edit: SD Card is formatted as FAT32
Edit2: Switch seems to boot slower into OFW with SD Card inserted

Update: Seems one of my pins in the sd card socket is gone.
Someone knows if that is fixable?

tiny soldering but fixable.
if you know some one/shop who can do this kind of reparation in your town (informatique/reparation shop ...), youre lucky , if not and you have not good at soldering its very hard.
if you go for it your self , you have to do trainning before.
