Fate/Extra CCC delayed to increase breast size

Somehow I think the dev team were on drugs during the making of CCC I mean shouldn't this stuff be discussed before making the game not when its almost done, i'm not angry about this delay since i'm happy to get the game when its released anyway but it just seems kinda stupid that they delay it because of poor planning or something.
