Hacking False tags

So, there's no way to hack the 3DS itself at this time.

Is there any way to have a home network emulate a 3DS (or two or ten..) to tag a 3DS, for the purpose of feeding StreetPass Mii Plaza or other games?

streepass data(tags) are also encrypted i think

I think someone did it and it was called "Street pass spoofing" or something. They tried it, but found out that the 3ds needs to have constant communication and have to get the timing right.
