Failed To Install CIA File

So after Reinstalling/Updating the CFW of my Nintendo 3ds, I got to Section V where I was supposed to download the remaining files. Now I have an error code stating that it failed to install the CIA file.

Details:

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD8A08004
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid state (5)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Wrong installation state 4



Is there a way to fix this?

What guide were you following (this?), and what were you updating/ reinstalling?
You had that error only with one cia file, or more?
Nevertheless, redownload the file and install it again, and make sure you have plenty of space on your sd card.

That was the link I was using to update/ and reinstall some files
All of the CIA files were errors.
I will try to redownload the file again if it would fix.

Check the lock switch on the sd card adapter if it's in the unlocked position, and try with a different on if that didn't help (if you have an old 3DS). Also, check the sd card for errors with h2testw, if it's faulty/defective it could've gone read-only thus can't install/write anything to it. Save everything that's on it on your computer, format it as FAT32 32kb clusters, and run the test with the read & verify setting.
It should tell you if it's faulty.

Things to check & do :
- Adequate storage for the installation.
- Checking the Sd card with h2testw for errors.
- Redownloading the cia file (or from different source), and try installing it again.
