Hello again. So I just tried with the official SD formatter Kuwanger provided... And still not working... As I feared...

Hi.

Just tried with a finely Master Boot Record formated card. It still didn't work.
Do you guys do refund. Can I please apply for it? Or do you guys can send a new cartridge. If yes can I please apply for it?
I've ordered this as a gift for the person I love. It doesn't work and kind of make me sad.

power up with Select key pressed, select the 2nd option, tell me what it says.
I know this is 5 years later but I’m also having trouble with my EZ Flash DE. I’m stuck at
“Micro SD initial OK!
Finding [ezkernel.bin]
Can not find the [ezkernel.bin]”

When I test the card it says
“read S71 ID OK
read S98 ID OK
END”

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

From your description, I think you have used the recovery tool before, but you mistakenly used the EZ- FLASH OMEGA version, which restores the bootloader on your card to the OMEGA version, so when you upgrade the kernel, it needs to find ezkernel.bin, while Definitive Editon needs the ezkernelnew.bin
You should download the correct version of recovery tool which corresponding to your card.

you can find the recovery tool below.
