Hacking EZFlash 3in1 with r4 questions

Ok, so i plan on getting an EZFlash 3in1 to go with my r4, but i have lots of questions before i do so,
1. Is EZFlash 3in1 the best slot 2 option?
2. Does it work with wood r4 v1.06? Does the opera browser work with wood r4?
3. I am using the old DS, or the 'DS phat', should i get this one: http://www.ndscardsale.com/product/EZFlash...ck-for-NDS-Lite
or this one: http://www.realhotstuff.com/expansion-pack-size-p-212.html
the warning on the first one really worries me, but it's cheaper and has free shipping.

3.ndscardsale says LITE for NDSL only,so get the realhotstuff one,it works with gba too

or this one: http://www.realhotstuff.com/expansion-pack-size-p-212.html Get the real hot stuff one, since you have a phat the lite version will not work. The bonus is you are guaranteed not to get a plus model.
