EZ Flash Omega DE Factory Reset?

So I must have messed something up moving SD cards with my EZ Flash Omega DE, because no matter what I do every game boots to a white screen. How do I erase everything and start over? I'm sure there's a fix for it but I'd rather just re-do everything.

Please power on the console with SELECT pressed to enter the safe mode, select "test card"to see any error occurred.

if you can see any error in the safe mode, please contact dealer for replacement.

if you can not reach dealer or out of warranty(more than 1 year after purchase). please refer the Basic Repair Guide of Current EZ-FLASH Products #9 #10

No errors when testing card.

Edit: May I add that this problem only showed up when I upgraded my SD card? I also put in some files from the EZ-Flash website that I guess were supposed to be there but were missing. Should I try wiping the SD card?

Edit 2: I fixed it! Just had to reformat the new card with the proper settings
