Hacking EZ FLASH IV help

i just bought ez flash iv gba
and i think my screw at the back cant even open, if i open i will have to break the cover
so, i wanna ask does this flashcard have to change the battery at some time?

You should not have to change the battery for a few years.

That said the screw should come out easily enough, I would not disassemble and reassemble it for fun but it should keep itself together and be able to be disassembled when necessary.

i have the white shell ez iv
it was easy to remove, but i used a wrong screwdriver and now the screw is screwed... (lol)
(the screw is cheap and easy to make it unscrewable...)
but it's not hard to remove it...
