Hacking EZ Flash IV gba cart

Hi guyz I have been trying to find a site that sells EZ Flash IV gba carts I really wanna play boktai 3 english patch on my gba sp but I can't seem to find any of them anywhere around, plus im a little worried since I heard in the UK flash carts are illegal now and nintendo are pretty much trying to get rid of any flash carts going into the UK is this true if so would it be safe to buy one?

You probably will not find any UK vendors due to raids and such, you can still order from any EU or HK site without any problem.
