Hacking ez flash 3in1 exp pack not working

I have a ez flash 3in1 exp pack that I've been trying to use, I konw the 3in1 is not supposed to work with ttds but here it says you can use it. I've tryed to use Rudolph's Tool but it says the cart is'nt inserted.

Please help!
