Hacking Extracting save file from original cart?

Is there any way to dump the save file from the real cart so that you can use it on a flashcard? There's a few games that I progressed a lot on, such as Advance Wars and Pokemon, that I don't really want to start over on.

Rudolph's backup tools can help.
Check the Download Centre in this forum and you will find it.

IF you have a slot 2, use rudolphs slot 2 tool, if you have a 3in1 use the 3in1 tool, if you have neither and have homebrew compatible wifi, use savsender and savreciever

Thanks and one more question, using these tools, I won't be deleting the saves on the original cart? Like with wi-fi, if you transfer the data to another DS, then the original is deleted.

nope, u just copy them

use savsender and savreciever, it can be done over wifi.
and it just copies it.

i use it, it's the best, you can also put sav's back on the original cart if you use netcat.

best of all all you need is one flash cart, not 2.

i highly recommand save sender with Natcat....all you need to do is some config on your router and you are set.
