ROM Hack Question Extracting romfs folder from romfs.bin

I've extracted a romfs.bin file from my .xci but am unaware how i would extract the files from within it. After extensive searching, i can't find any program that will let me do this. Anyone have an idea? Thank you

Dunno what you have used but the same tool should have option to directly unpack romfs instead of romfs.bin

Why would you want to do that?
You don't need to pack game files back to romfs.bin and NCA (this would make game not compatible with updates and would force people to risk getting banned).

Have you seriously never heard of the CFW Atmosphere?

Yet you've heard of romfs.bin and .NCA files? Doesn't really line up...
