Homebrew Extract save-data from sd-card backup and import it to 3DS

Hello,

is it possible to import a save file from my 3DS-SD Card-backup to a new SD-Card, which is in another 3DS system? I had to change the 3DS device to a new one and only have a backup of my SD Card (Nintendo 3DS / private folder etc.), sadly no nand-backup or anything else.

Since you don't have the NAND backup, you can't extract those saves as the saves in the Nintendo 3DS folder are encrypted and need a save manager to decrypt them.
