Is there a way to extract the audio from a GameBoy Advance ROM? I've searched for it and I have only found the advice to record the audio as wav when using the ROM but what I wanna do is to extract the audio from the ROM directly and not to record it. Are they saved as midi? Is there a way to do this? How?

Well, there is CaitSith2's SapTapper (that rips GSF files, which you might want to look into assuming you're looking for the actual music), and a util that rips GBA musics to MIDI files (that I can't recall the name of). Both of these tools will only work with some games however. They are meant to work with a specific sound driver used by a bunch of GBA games (Nintendo ones mostly, IIRC).
