ROM Hack Extract media files from BIN

Hi,

I have tried to extract media files from 3DS games, but no luck. They’re in BIN and won’t open.

I've already gone through the following turorial without any luck

I left the links to the games in my blog, and the link the media I share with the db fanbase.
