Hacking Extract CIAs from emuNAND?

Hey guys,
is there any way to extract titles from emuNAND? I have Ironfall v1.0 on my 3DS, and I'd like to back it up.

Ironfall v1.0 is no longer on NUS, but I am downloading all my sysNAND DSiware now (Different NNID because I needed a new one, and old one has DSiWare)
