I have this Nintendo 3DS folder in my PC using space in my HDD. It's a backup that doesn't matter anymore if I delete it, but I want to conserve at least the saves. I don't have its original console so I can't use JKSV to extract the files.
Is there another method to extract them and inject them on another system?

Only if you have a backup of movable.sed (which is included in GM9 NAND backups and essentials.exefs), if you don't, the backup is useless.
