Export background image from official 3DS themes

I want to export the background images of the "Colorful Game & Watch" theme as PNG files that I can load and view on my computer. I found a Themes page on reddit containing downloads for files used in official 3DS themes, but the background images there are not 100% complete. On this theme in particular, the top screen is a panorama view, and so the files on that reddit page are missing more than half of the background. If it is possible, I would like to export the entire background image. Please let me know if this could be done, or if it has been done and can be accessed somewhere else. Thanks all!

2. Open it in usagi theme editor.
3. Export background.
