Homebrew Existing 3DS Cheat Formats?

I was wondering if anyone here could answer me what cheats/cheat devices are currently available for the 3DS?
I noticed on the last gateway update they said the following:

We hit an issue regarding converting existing cheat formats for our cheat engine, but we are working on an intermediate solution and we hope it will be ready soon!

I wasn't aware there were already cheats available for the 3DS with the exception of editing saves.
Does anyone have any links the existing cheats/cheat devices?

NTR is a semi-CFW since you can use it while you're inside others CFW or inside GW.
There's a cia of NTR that you can install to boot it.
NTR works by having different plugins for different functions. For cheats, you need the cheat plugin. There's also a save plugin and several others.
The current version is 3.0 (or 3.1?) and when using the latest version, it supports the 10.1 firmware inside emunand.

ARCodes is cheats that can be loaded using QR codes (it uses the browser). You need to have the browser version from firmware 9.2 so if you're in emunand for example, and you have emunand updated, you would need to replace the current browser with an older version.

Both have threads here in the forum so if you want to know more details about it, just check it.

Some of them support english version, you have to check the title ID info.

I just use google translate, it's "good enough" lol, but I wish there were an English database.
