Hacking Exception (DSI) occurred! when choose ssbb in usb loader gx

I mod vWii in my WiiU by following this guide :

Everything is seem to be working fine except when I pressed A button on Super smash bros Brawl cover in usb loader gx to let it show channel animation (had not luanched the game). It will show the screen like this

the console would be freeze and cannot be turned off even with holding power button. I had to unplug to turn it off.
So I tried to installed a Modifed IOS 236 as I saw in this : https://gbatemp.net/threads/the-definitive-vwii-hacking-guide.425852/#15
then load up ssbb in usb loader gx again and the result has no change.
any suggest ?

I read the whole guide. The difference is only about patch ios80 that wiiu.guide use Patched IOS80 Installer but gbatemp guide use Modifed IOS 236.
So, I had tried Modifed ios 236 as I mention above. It's not work.

Do you use betav53 or 52

I had just tried v52 and the same problem happen also.
So, it happen on both ios.

what I have tried so far and got the same problem :
- change cios from 53 alt to 52
- Modifed IOS 236
- change usb hdd
- tried CFG usb loader
- download ssbb from other source
- tried ssbb pal version

ha ha! I solved it! the culprit is wii backup manager 0.3.4, the old version.
today I used latest wii backup manager for 64bit. the problem's solved.
