ROM Hack RELEASE Everspace 60 FPS mod

Simple mod raising FPS Cap to 60 FPS. If it can't achieve 60 FPS, it drops to 30.

Recommended OC settings:

handheld_charging_cpu=1224
handheld_charging_gpu=768
handheld_charging_mem=1600

Docked mode won't achieve stable 60 FPS with this mod.
It should work with all future updates, if they will come out.

+CVars=r.GTSyncType=1 #this is used for reducing input lag, doesn't make any visible difference in 60 FPS, can be deleted, because =2 is meant for 30 FPS

Copy folder 0100DCF0093EC000 to:
atmosphere/titles (Atmosphere 0.9.4 and older)
or
atmosphere/contents (Atmosphere 0.10.1+)
or
reinx/titles
or
sxos/titles

Restart Switch.
