Motherboard: MSI B150M BAZOOKA Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive [BOUGHT]
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card [BOUGHT]
Case: Cooler Master K350 ATX Mid Tower Case [BOUGHT]

So i want to upgrade those things that i didn't BOUGHT but i need some comments from other people.
Any better parts i could get for same-ish money?
I've thought to get a i5-6600 but it seems 6500 isn't way off.

Looks like a PC to me.

Though Skylake and DDR4 aren't nearly worth it IMO, the parts you've linked to are cheap enough that you might only save $20-$50 at most by downgrading, so meh. The mobo is good enough, RAM is good, and the rest that you already have is good enough. I probably would've gone for a small SSD for your OS, just to make shit boot fast as fuck.

As for an i5-6600 vs 6500, there's little performance difference, I would probably stick with the 6500 just to save $20 or so lol.

everything looks fine to me, maybe you should get a 128-256GB ssd for your os drive and use the 1TB for storage (steam games, media files, ect...)

Why are you using a mATX mobo with an ATX case?
No particular reason, if it fits it sits.

And yes, SSD is gonna happen after the upgrade and its probably gonna be even cheaper.

Personally I would never buy a motherboard with no heatsinks for the VRMs around the CPU, but I do appreciate that the motherboard that I consider "passable" would be at least $40-50 more and you're trying to fit everything into a budget.

I think in terms of value you're better off getting a Haswell build with DDR3 RAM and a Z97 motherboard, as the shortages in Skylake and DDR4 have inflated prices beyond what they were supposed to be.

That aside, the build looks good to me. It's a solid midrange build that won't have any problems at 1080p for most games.

The reason I ask is because you can get more PCI/e slots with an ATX mobo in roughly the same price point. Take a look at Gigabyte, they have some solid budget motherboards

I'd consider a lower profile ram. Memory with silly heatsinks that stick up like that, while doing almost nothing, can get in the way of some of the larger air coolers.

Heatsinks on the vrm/ mosfets are not really needed on that board, they are in place to keep things cool when overclocking
since you cant oc that cpu or with that chipset anyway, you dont need them

Technically heatsinks/thermal pads aren't needed on the RAM and HANA chips in an Xbox 360, which is why the earlier versions didn't come with them. But after so many rounds of red rings, they revised the design to include thermal pads to absorb some of the heat to make them last longer. I think of motherboards the same way. You can make do without heatsinks, if your case has good enough airflow, but I'd be more confident in longevity if it had a heatsink to manage the heat output during my gaming sessions.

IDK what you're using the computer for so it's hard to say.

If you're gonna be gaming I'd say drop from 16 to 8GB of Ram and upgrade the GPU to a Radeon 390 (You can find them for around $300). Would be miles better than the 960.
Also, getting a CPU in the Intel 4000 series (1150 socket) would work well, save money, you'd be using DDR3 Memory, thus saving more money, and get similar performance.

Ok lets see what money difference can i get.

From DDR4 to DDR3 RAM : 12.5 Euro less https://www.links.hr/hr/memorija-pc...0cl9d-16gbnt-ddr3-1333mhz-kit-2x8gb-051210284
16 GB is the amount i want.

CPU with 4000 Intel is only i7-3770 which costs 100 Euro more.
Won't change the GPU because i just got it.

Aaaaaaand yeah, we need to pay more than we wanted to, don't think i like that.

I think he/she meant a "Haswell" series processor (not the graphics version). See as you have a dedicated graphics card and you don't need improved integrated graphics, I'd get an i5 4690K, or look for a Broadwell chip. If you're planning on upgrading your CPU in the future before your MOBO, however, I suppose I'd still recommend a Skylake chip since it's possible that Intel will use the LGA1151 slot again in their next CPU family
